We launder all buttoned shirts unless otherwise specified by customer at drop-off because Dry Cleaned Shirts cost 6.10$ instead of 3.90$. All shirts get their Collars, Pits, and Cuffs scrubbed with a cleaning solution if there is any discoloration found. Please unbutton all buttons before dropping off so we can keep prices as low as possible. All shirts get pressed after cleaning. Make sure to ask for Starch (no charge) or to have your Sleeves Creased.
We use a Leather Specialist to clean or repair all Leather, Fur and Suede items. They will clean the item and then "redye" it to restore color. Turnaround time is usually 2 to 4 weeks, and we require a 50$ deposit. Please remember this is animal skin (or fake animal skin), and some stains are just not going to come out and some damage may be irreversible. We strive to always try our best, so even if we think a stain won't come out, if a customer brings an item to us, we will still try to clean it. There is no way to tell if a stain will come out until we attempt to clean it, so we do not offer refunds due to the significant cleaning/supply costs. By leaving your item with us you accept full risk.
Stain removal is included in the normal Dry Cleaning or Laundry Service (not Wash and Fold). If we find a stain on clothing when processing, we mark the item and ticket for "Stains" to give to our cleaning manager who has 20 years' experience getting out tough stains for customers. Please keep in mind that we do try our best but cleaning is science, not magic. Not all stains come out, but we always try to remove it more than once! When you stain clothing (especially delicate or dry-cleaned items) you have actually ruined the clothing with something that shouldn't be on the item. So, the only way for us to try to get it out, is by using chemicals that should not be on the item while also getting it wet. This can leave a water stain behind, because dry cleaned items should not get wet. Or it could cause discoloration/damage to the material based on countless factors we cannot control. We will not know if stain treatment will damage items until we try, most of the time stains do come out. Sometimes we cannot get the stain out, and rarely is when the discoloration/damage occurs. We promise to always take the utmost care with your clothing and follow standard cleaning procedures! If you leave your items with us, you are accepting full risk. We do not offer refunds for stains that do not come out, but we will gladly redo any for free if we believe it might help! ut to help the customer to treat the stain we will do what we have to. We always treat/clean items multiple times if the stain does not come out the first time, and I will always redo something for free to try again. But this does NOT guarantee the original stain or possible water stain will come out. We do not issue refunds for stains that do not come out, we work very hard to help our customers out by offering this service. If you don't want to risk it, please don't.
We clean and press curtains and other related home goods based on what the care tag requires. 3.50$ - 5.50$ per foot depending on complexity Please note there is always a risk when dry cleaning items that they could shrink if the manufacturer did not "pre-shrink" the material before working with it. It is extremely rare that this happens but is still possible. This information can easily be verified online. We are not responsible for shrinkage to curtains; we take the utmost care in processing them. By leaving them with us, you are agreeing to accept any risks.
We accept all clothing alterations and repair except wedding dresses (but I do have someone experienced to recommend for wedding dresses). Turnaround time could be 1 week to 2 months, depending on our current workload. Sometimes our services can be in very high demand, and this leads to higher-than-normal wait times. Typically, we tell customers 1 month and we will call as soon as it is done. We currently do not offer Rush Services for alterations/repairs. Alterations are by appointment only if you need someone to "fit" the item to you. The tailor is always in the shop on Wednesdays, so you can also show up during business hours to be fitted. If you already know exactly what you need done, then you may drop the items off at any time during business hours! I do NOT take ANY measurements for customers not having their clothing altered or repaired by our company.
