All orders get donated 60 days after they are completed if not picked up by customer.

By leaving your items with us you are accepting full liability for damage related to stain removal.

We inspect customer items for stains/damage before cleaning, and we label the ticket accordingly so that we know the stains/damage did not come from us. We do not call to ask for permission to treat the stain; we are a dry cleaner and so our goal is to clean your items. By leaving your items with us you have accepted the full risk of stain removal.

Dry Cleaning CAN cause some items to shrink even if the care tag says, "Dry Clean Only". This is due to the manufacturer not "preshrinking" the material prior to working with it. There is no way to tell if an item will shrink after we Dry Clean it for the first time. By leaving your items with us you accept full risk.

We will gladly redo any orders for free within 30 days of pickup! Any later than that is unreasonable. Please inspect your items at pickup to ensure the quantity and quality of your order.

For all refunds, the highest limit we can compensate you is 10 times the cost of cleaning the item. Store policy is that we first ask you to allow us to try and fix/investigate whatever the problem may be. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to rectify the issue. If we are unable to and the issue is something we are at fault for, we will gladly refund or compensate the customer.
