We keep finished orders for 60 days before donating them to local charities.

Stains need pointed out to employees at time of drop off. There is no guarantee a stain can be successfully removed, because we will not know until we try to remove it. So, we do not give refunds for stains that do not come out, but we will gladly redo anything for free within 30 days of pickup.
